It is a great neighborhood location right on 1200 N close to schools, parks, restaurants, and grocery stores.
We are currently remodeling so we don't have pictures of all the rooms. We are just putting it out on the market to gauge the interest. We are looking for renters who would like a mid-Jan or later move in date. All the improvements will be obviously be completed and functional before tenant moves in.
It has new siding and new roof as of October 2022.
It is an older house that we have updated but its still an older house.
Upstairs layout 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen,living room/dining area and small nook (no closet or doors) upstairs before the kitchen area off the dinning/living room.
Downstairs 2 bedrooms another large living space, small nook room (not closet or doors), cold storage closet, washer and dryer hookups and full bathroom.
Installed new LVP flooring in Fall 2025 in the family room/dinning room, kitchen and upstairs hallway. New paint throughout. Carpet in bedrooms is 3 years old and was frequently cleaned.
The yard is very pretty big and tenant is expected to maintain with mowing and watering. There is an overgrown garden area and run down chicken coop if that interest you. The sprinkler system will be fixed come Spring. The garage is detached but is not available for rents to park in. Landlord reserves the right to garage. There is a large cement pad behind garage but no direct vehicle access.
The driveway does loop all the way around. One side being pavement and the other being gravel. No pets even though it is a fenced yard.
Landlord pays all of Orem Utilities which is water, sewer, garbage. It averages about $125 per month. Tenant is responsible for internet, gas and electric. Tenant must sign a ONE YEAR CONTRACT. First and last months rent plus deposit are due at time of signing contract. The garage is detached but not available for renters to use. No pets. No smoking.
