Someone that is responsible, non smoker, knows how to communicate issues, and clean. We will share the kitchen, bath, living room, and basement. I own a cat so they must be okay with a female young cat.

5 minutes from grocery stores and restaurants. Quiet neighborhood. 10 minutes from Quinnipiac and Yale.
