Looking for a female roommate, college student or young professional, to live with me in a 2 bed 1.5 bath condo that I own. Someone that is responsible, non smoker, knows how to communicate issues, and clean. We will share the kitchen, bath, living room, and basement. I own a cat so they must be okay with a female young cat.

5 minutes from grocery stores and restaurants. Quiet neighborhood. 10 minutes from Quinnipiac and Yale.

Your Own space in kitchen and pantry
Big closet
Parking lot with visitor parking
Access to condo shared swimming pool, basketball court, tennis court

This does not include utilities. First months rent required and 1 month security to move in. Needs proof of income. Available as of Dec. 1 or Jan. 1
