Description

CALLING INVESTORS! This property is subject to probate approval and does need a little bit of attention, but all is not lost and shouldn’t be too horrible of a fix and flip or a nice brrrr property for the right investor. There are two carports that have melamine boards that have seen better days and a single-car garage and storage combo. Two other parking spaces in front of the garage and carports and one space to the left of the carport make for plenty of parking for a two-unit property. There is a shared driveway with the 6-family next door. The tenant does pay, the rent is currently $1,050 per month with a $1,000 security deposit. The property is being sold in “as-is” condition. Due to wood frame windows, the condition of the garage siding, and interior condition on the second floor FHA financing cannot be considered.
