About this House

1295 Morrow Rd, Morrow, GA 30260 | 3 Bed, 3 Bath + Finished Basement | $2200
Somebody took this one down to the bones and put it back together the right way.
Not a lipstick flip. The the windows, the siding, and the insulation behind it. The wiring and the plumbing were redone. That's the stuff you can't see in photos and the stuff that costs you money three years in. It's already handled here.
What you can see: a brand new kitchen with new cabinets, new counters, and new appliances. New flooring and fresh paint through the whole house. Both upstairs bathrooms are new, including the private bath off the primary bedroom. New light fixtures throughout.
Three bedrooms and two full baths upstairs. Downstairs you've got roughly 500 square feet of finished basement with its own full bathroom and its own exterior door. Use it however you need it. Guest quarters, an office you can actually close the door on, a workout room, a den for the teenagers. The separate entrance means whoever's down there comes and goes without walking through the main living area.
Parking is not an issue. There's room for several cars off the street.
Now the location, which is honestly the part that sells itself. B.C. Haynie Elementary is about two tenths of a mile up the same road. Clayton State University is roughly two and a half miles. I-75 at Exit 233 is about a mile and a half, and Hartsfield-Jackson is around nine miles, so figure 15 to 20 minutes on a normal morning.
Everything else is close. Walmart Supercenter and Southlake Mall are both about a mile and a half. Sam's Club is three. Home Depot on Mt. Zion is about three and a half, with a Lowe's appliance outlet and a Costco Business Center on the same stretch. The Atlanta State Farmers Market in Forest Park is a four and a half mile run when you want real produce.
1748 square feet on a half acre lot.
Renovated houses in this pocket of Clayton County don't sit. Call or text to get in.
