"South side but still diverse enough to make it feel real. Limited to no homeless or vagrants and for anchorage that’s great!! I like our community and feeling of safety. Kids play in yards and street and they are safe. "

"I’ve lived in this neighborhood for over 15 years. It is a safe, well established neighborhood with older, custom built homes, with residents who take beautiful care of their lawns and homes. The area is lovely, and walkable both for exercise, for kids to go to school, etc. Holidays are my favorite, driving home and seeing each house decorated for the season. I also love the view of the mountains from my back deck. ;)"

"I have lived here for 16 years. Great neighborhood. Kids play, great place to take walks with your family and pets. Fencing keeps the street safe from outside traffic. Walking distance to Huffman business park. Love it here."
