Large 1 bedroom with 7 room apartment on 2nd fl. over a storefront in a quiet building on historical Main St. There are plenty of restaurants, entertainment and shopping within walking distance. The building was built in 1852 with 15 ft. ceilings and 3 atriums for natural light throughout the apartment. From the front room the view is beautiful overlooking the Ice Harbor and river and all 3 states. It also has a side room that was called a courting parlor. The other rooms all have ceiling fans and valances over each door that are original for better air circulation. The wood work is original .It has an large up to date kitchen and dining room. There are 3 other small rooms in the middle of the apartment with closets in . This apartment is a 1 bedroom as the only escape windows are located in the front room and courting parlor. The bathroom has a tub with shower. All utilities are separate with your own furnace central air and water heater. There is a washer/dryer in the kitchen pantry closet. Garbage is located in the back of the building with a trash can for everyone in the building. Recycling is encouraged. A parking pass is available from the city for side streets at $55. for 3 months. Tenant pays all utilities, no smoking, vaping, Section 8, or pets. Average utilities are electric $81. gas $40 and water $30. The internet is your choice. Thanks for checking us out.
