"I would highly recommend this area. Although the traffic leaves much to be admired, If you are in the military, or have a Northern Va job, you will not be sorry for living in the area at all. This neighborhood is perfect for small families, pets, Church goers and people that want to walk around the area. The neighbors are kind and friendly, frequently helping each other with grass cutting and small yard work. There are two parking spaces per home, and plenty of additional guest spots. Not to mention that the parking at the church is available if there is no service provided on Sundays or special occasions. Here, You are close to the mall, the shopping center is a part of the neighborhood, 3 gyms within 5 miles, parks for children, and wooded areas for running. The neighborhood is clean, and the trees and quietness make you feel like you can go outside and relax in the common areas. There is no known crime in the area, and the neighbors are very attentive. "
