Ground floor of duplex for rent by private owners. We have lived here recently and did several renovations when we moved in including: new lvp flooring throughout, fresh paint, all new bathroom fixtures with walk-in shower, ductless heat pumps that provide heat and AC for the whole house.
House has a unique layout with two living rooms which is great for separation of space.
Home is convenient for biking to U of O and is just off Centennial which has a bus line. There are also a couple of hidden gems in the shopping mall just down the road including an amazing bakery, sandwich shop, and drive through coffee stand. Being central to Eugene and Springfield, most things in town are within a 15 minute drive.
Backyard is fully fenced and up to two dogs are allowed. Certain breeds may require you to provide evidence of renters insurance with animal liability coverage for insurance coverage reasons.
No cats allowed.
Other pets possible with conversation.
Bi-weekly lawn mowing is included in the rent. Utilities are not. We found that water/electric ran about $120-150 a month depending on the season.
Washer and dryer hookups are present in the house.
Other duplex tenant lives above one of the bedrooms and part of the living room, but the sounds transfer is minimal and we didn't have any issues.
Driveway includes one parking spot for this unit. It's typically easy to park another car on the street right it front as well.
Renter pays all utilities. 1 year lease preferred.
Up to two dogs allowed with additional $500 pet deposit (no pet rent).
