There's a formal dining room, living room, 3 bedrooms, inside laundry room with a washer and dryer and a two car garage with laundry sink. The living room's custom window is treated allowing you to see out but no one see in! The master bedroom has a walk-in closet. There is also a soft water system for the entire house and reverse osmosis for healthy drinking water. It has an HVAC system from late 2016 with all new damper duct work. In addition to the main system each bedroom has its own return. The flow for each bedroom can be adjusted in the attic. There is a newer mailbox that opens from either side. VERY low HOA fees - only $39 YEARLY, NOT monthly!
