SMITHSBURG SCHOOLS!! Well maintained 2+bedroom home situated on .51 Acres. On the Main Level there is an updated kitchen with practically new Stainless Appliances and Large Pantry, bedroom, Living room with space for a dining room table and an office that could be a third bedroom/nursery off the living room. The second floor master suite has both a walk-in closet and a full bath. Recently the seller added 3 ductless split systems for both efficient heating and cooling of the property. Well maintained does not adequately describe the care this house has been given. There is a real SHE SHED which is really cute with electric and a window unit. The property is served by a well and a septic system so NO WATER OR SEWER BILLS. There is also an additional building that on one side is a shed and on the other side a carport which could also be a covered picnic area. The yard is nicely level and includes a firepit. Basement Solutions installed a waterproofing system in the basement that is accessed via the pantry. The back crawl space has a vapor barrier. Both the basement and crawl spaces have sump pumps.
