Oh boy. Not safe to enter - there is no floor in the back part. That fact aside, this is the historic Laura Williams' house. One of the last 2 X 2s left, just barely saveable, but she is saveable. The kitchen and bathroom are torn out, but original maple floors still exist, the original Jerome doors and hardware are present. Large lot for Jerome, parking, view. Please don't go into the shed - it's not safe, either. Obey the ''NO TRESPASSING'' signs. This listing says ''1 bathroom.'' There is no bathroom - the system made me say that there is so that I could enter it.
