The Carrington Farms Condominium complex, located in Hooksett, NH, was built in 1979. The complex consists of 180 garden style units, ranging in size from studios to two bedroom units. On-site amenities include a swimming pool and a playground. There is ample outdoor parking for all units and visitors. Coin-operated laundry facilities are located on the first floor of each building.

Carrington Farms is conveniently located near Route 93, Southern New Hampshire University, and many stores and restaurants. It is also just a few minutes from downtown Manchester and the Mall of New Hampshire. Younger residents of Carrington Farms attend the Hooksett public schools through 8th grade, and then they are able to attend either Central High School or West High School, both in Manchester.

The buildings at Carrington Farms are heated by natural gas, and are serviced by public water and sewer. Each unit has a through-the-wall air conditioner located in the living room. Heat and hot water is included in the rent. Also included are common area maintenance, water service, landscaping, snow removal, hallway cleaning, pool maintenance, waste removal.

My children and I can literally walk across the street and go fishing. There is various Wildlife you wouldn't find in the city, a dog park next to the courthouse, and a little corner store that a great many presidential hopefuls have stopped at over the years. It's a pretty nice place to live."
