Large family home located in the outskirts of Whitefish in a family friendly neighborhood and only a short 10 minute drive to downtown Whitefish. The home has been recently remodeled and features a large back yard with firepit, carport. The interior features a living room, primary bedroom with bath and a second bedroom and half bath on the first floor. The lower level features a second living room with gas fireplace, washer/dryer, three bedrooms and a full bath. The home is perfect for a family or for a roommate situation.

Pets are allowed upon approval. Tenants are responsible for all utilities, lawn maintenance, snow removal, and the home to be professionally cleaned one time per month.

Monthly Rent: $2750
Deposit: $2000 (without pets), $3000 (with pets)
Utilities responsible by tenant: Electric, City Gas, Internet.

    "Watch for traffic. People don’t stop at stop signs! I’ve seen numerous cars fly right through multiple stop signs. Walk with your children or drive them to a park. This area rarely gets patrolled by police officers."
