    "I think this area is absolutely perfect! Coming from San Diego, this area is away from all the crowdedness and hustle that you would normally find in big areas. There is a peacefulness that surrounds the subdivision. Crime is always rated as minimal. Being so close to the airport (only 5-10 minutes), you never hear the airline traffic. Schools, groceries, and small business restaurants are all within walking distance. River Come.ity Mall is within 5 minutes from home. "
