"There are many family oriented community activities and events that take place throughout the year, and such a great quality environment to be surrounded with, especially the nice parks! The area is one of the best locations Raleigh has to offer in my opinion! It is a short distance to any of the surrounding towns/cities as well. "This is a up and coming neighborhood. New homes being built every year. Five minutes from downtown and all it has to offer. 5-15 minutes to great shopping. On the bus line if needed. "
