REDUCED! Older home in nice residential area, short walk to River and downtown. Has replacement windows and exterior doors, much of interior wood trim remains. Wood floors except for Kitchens and baths. BR 3 is actually two rooms but with one entrance door. House needs wiring, some roof repair and general renovation. Appears to have good basic structure, and to be a good candidate for renovation. Seller began with some roof work and windows and doors, but health prevented completion. Motivated seller.
