  • SD
"Quiet & safe neighborhood where there are tons of kids of all ages out playing every day. Perfect neighborhood for a family"
  • Guadalupe L.
"This looks like a dog friendly neighborhood since a lot of people walk their dogs or take them for a run every day. Most people clean after their dogs but some don’t. Sidewalks look clean overall. Very little barking also. It looks like most people train their dogs this way which keeps the neighborhood quiet. It’s a good neighborhood to have a dog."
  • MtViewer
"People are considerate with their dogs, and I think that most everyone looks out for their neighbor’s animals. "
  • James M.
"I live in this neighborhood and it's a fairly quiet neighborhood. I think we're probably the noisy one's cause our kids go outside and play till dark sometimes. It does seem like most keep to themselves but I do know a few people in the neighborhood and everyone seems fairly friendly."
  • James M.
"I work out at the Bend Airport which is about six miles out of town and there is no public transportation out to the airport. The traffic isn't bad from my home to the airport."
  • Angelique N. G.
"The lots are larger than the average and the neighborhood is so full of character! I love living here."
  • love_cyndi
"One of the best areas in Bend for shopping/banks/restaurants, and employment. walk to very nice park. I work and live in Bend. Also, very close to St. Charles Medical Center"
  • Tracy A.
"Family friendly neighborhood, clean, safe, and overall a great place to raise your kids."
  • wincoop
"Very close to the St. Charles regional hospital complex, doctor's clinics, Costco, Barnes & Noble at the Forum Shopping Center complex. Northeast Bend has desirable schools and shopping yet close to downtown Bend."
  • Terry T.
"This is an area of owner occupied homes a very safe and quiet neighborhood. The homes are designer, craftsman style and the yards are all neat and clean. The HOA fee is very low and they do a great job. It is walking distance to shopping, costco, and the medical center. Public tranportation is at the corner. There are many parks and recreational opportunities in the immediate area. The location is unbeatable. "
