Walls are currently blue, but feel free to paint and make it your own

Good-sized kitchen with tons of appliances you're welcome to use

Cute patio with more furniture than you'll ever need, a lemon tree and a small grill

No smoking on the property per HOA rules

Two friendly calico cats already live here

Small pets welcome (with a proper intro!)

Home shared with two female occupants, but open to any and all respectful renters

We're a cozy, laid-back household some nights we cook dinner together or watch TV, but most of the time we keep to ourselves

We like to keep things clean and have a housekeeper 1 2 times a month, though we're not the most organized people
