Renter is responsible for Water, Electric, Internet, Gas payments, Back and Front yard maintenance. Smoking is not allowed inside the home. Only small pets are allowed. one month deposit is due at the signing and following rent should be payable on or before 5th of every month.

    "Very nice, quiet, safe neighborhood. All the neighbors are polite & help 1 another out. We are a close community. There is a new pool with a splash pad, grills, bathrooms, & pergolas to relax under- that I can’t wait to use this summer. Currently, Lennar is building our new playground. Hopefully it should be done soon. In the next neighborhood over is a school. I believe the town plans to build more schools, homes, stores, & restaurants soon within the next 1-3 years. It’s also perfect since we’re only a 30-35 minute commute to Dallas. "
