Description

Clean and roomy ground level private apartment in a duplex. This apartment features two large master suites with bathrooms, kitchen, dining area, and living room. It is a short walk to the downtown Morro Bay waterfront with cafes, restaurants, shops. A little further are Morro Rock and miles of beaches.

It is offered as fully furnished with furniture and all necessary kitchen supplies and appliances. A new washer and dryer some garage storage are provided also. I'm looking for guests for stays from 1 to 12 months.

The neighborhood is mostly other homes, some private residences, others are shorter term rentals as well. The street is very quiet and most cars that drive by are people who live there. There is little to no noise in the evening.

All utilities are included: water, trash, recycling, electrical, gas, internet. There is ample parking in the driveway for two cars. Rental is for a minimum of 1 month

When inquiring, please tell me who you and any other people who will be living at the home are and why you are interested in my place. Also include a desired start date and how long you want to stay. This place is offered as furnished so let me know that this is what you are looking for. Sorry but I won't respond if you send me one of Zillow's pre-written messages. Thank you --Michael
