This condominium is part of the Treviso Condominium community located on the west end of Santee. It has easy access to Highway 52 via the Mast Boulevard interchange. It takes 20 minutes to drive to Kearny Mesa. It is only a 10 minute drive to grocery and household shopping.
This condominium is a single story floor plan located on the second floor. It has a master bedroom and master bathroom. A second bathroom in the hallway is adjacent to the entrance to the second bedroom. The living room, dining room, and kitchen are next to one another in an open arrangement. There is a small laundry room adjacent to the kitchen that has connections for a full size washer and dryer. Tile flooring is in place in the kitchen, dining room, living room, and bathrooms.
A single car garage is located on the first floor of the building. It is accessible via a personnel door at the base of the external stair case. There is no internal access to the garage. The garage is not able to accommodate large vehicles so plan accordingly. It does have some cabinetry installed for storage. An outdoor parking space is part of the condominium and is for the exclusive use of the tenant.
The condominium is equipped with central forced air (heating and cooling). The range top utilizes natural gas and the convection oven is electric. A microwave oven is included in the kitchen along with a refrigerator and dishwasher.
The condominium also has some safety features. There is a sprinkler system with sprinkler heads located in each of the major rooms. Smoke alarms are in each bedroom. The cement slab foundation of the building incorporates stressed steel members that, as was explained to me, greatly increase the ability of the building to remain intact during earthquakes - a key feature for living in southern California.

Neighborhood Description

This is a condominium in the Treviso community. There are two City of Santee parks (Big Rock and West Hills) and one Regional park (Mission Trails) within walking distance. There are families with children living in the vicinity of this unit. There is a gated community pool, hot tub, and a small clubhouse with showers and bathrooms. Within three miles of Henry's Market, Costco, Walmart, Target, Vons, and the Santee Town Center. We especially love the Sab-E-Lee Thai restaurant. Santee Lakes park is a nice bicycle ride or short car ride away. You can run up Cowles Mountain (1600 feet) from the door. Close to Miramar Marine Corps Air Base (approximately 12 miles by freeway). 25 minutes from the beaches and the airport.
