Description

A great opportunity to be in the community of Plantation Springs in a home loved and well improved by its current owner. Great cabinets, flooring, fixtures, large 2 car garage and floor plan is perfect with master and guest suites on opposite sides of the home. Our favorite things about this property include the extremely high ceilings in most all of the rooms -14 ft in the living and dining area, the updated kitchen with tumbled tile backsplash, the fantastic sunroom with its own mini split system, the new deck out back with trex- like flooring, to name a few. Blackberry Trail is a consistently great patio home subdivision that enjoys good appreciation and HOA stability. Enjoy the lifestyle that it offers with low maintenance which gives you time to walk and enjoy life close to the golf course! Items updated include roof, flooring, Hvac -list is available at property. See it soon!

"Moved from a large state and big city to live in a family oriented down to earth southern town....Florence. I love living here. Houses are reasonably priced, property taxes are better than most cities, schools are good, less traffic, lots of history, beautiful scenery and parks. Florence doesn't offer everything the big cities do. But one can make a day or weekend get away to places like Huntsville, Birmingham, Nashville and many other heavily populated areas. I find living here a lot more relaxing and less stressful. "

"This neighborhood is amazing! I love it. this is a great neighborhood for children.. this is also good for pets and runners. there are a lot of kids in this neighborhood. There is also a neighborhood pool and park. this neighborhood is older so some of the houses won't be updated that are for sale. most of the houses seem to be updated well! The back yards are big. But the thing I love most about this neighborhood ids that there are kids everywhere. I come from a small town but this school system is great i like it a lot. This neighborhood has charm.. there are tons of trees and plant life. If I could use one word for this neighborhood it would be amazing."

"The UNA campus is literally outside the front door. The convenience of being within walking distance to any area of campus, reduces the need to deal with the lack of parking for students. This is a residential neighborhood with few apartments in the Florence Historical District, which makes 702 Sherrod Avenue a gem."
