About this House

Beautiful home in upscale, established neighborhood. Most neighbors have 2 or more acres, but is only minutes from winn di X ie and schools. 6 miles to wal mart and interstate 10. Easy drive to duke field. This 2 acres looks and feels like your own park. The y is plenty of room for the kids and dogs to roam. A designated spot for your rv or boat.. There is a garden area with it'S own greenhouse. A sprinkler system draws from your own deep well with a 3hp pump. There is a very versatile brick building, 32' X 24' That has been used as a cabinet shop and storage. It is built like the house and has a cute back porch overlooking the lake and garden. In general; We built and designed our home. My husband is a retired cabinet maker and we have built and remodeled many homes in the area. Our home has an over-sized 2 car garage with above storage, and a very welcoming circular drive. We sit on the front porch and wave or chat with neighbors walking by. We can watch the deer eat the apples and pears from our fruit trees. We have many flower landscaped areas to enjoy, even a fish pond. We have done a lot of upgrading; All new floors, including wood laminate, tile and carpet, new roof and septic system plus we always keep everything well maintained. It's truly a drug infested violent area. No place to raise a family...on the north side that is.
