It also boasts an awesome view from the deck towards the mountains. It's a quiet retreat from the city, but close enough to downtown that you'll be thrilled with it's location. Come see for yourself! There's a $39 non-refundable application fee per application submitted, unless Preferred Employer, provide income/employment verification (recent pay stubs equaling one month s pay or signed offer letter), and pass our credit, criminal, and rental history screening. The new applicant(s) gross monthly income must equal three times the monthly rent. All occupants who are 18 years of age and older must submit an application. Gone through countless managers with everyone promising to make a change and the only thing that changes is the staff. Nothing gets fixed and the current office manager is rude. There is a serious rodent issue that everybody ignores and continually sends the insect companies to spray just so they can say they are doing something. Can’t wait to leave!!!"
