2/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy math teacher used racists and prejudice words towards me while class was in session. He threatened me with a referral, which I refused to sign. So he gave me another. I waited for class to end, which I assume he eventually realized. When he ran out of the classroom to report me to the same office faculty I was hoping would support me. Instead I was berated and put into on campus suspension for a week.Other Review1y ago20 Reviews - Magnolia High School

"Quiet neighborhood and cute suburb homes. Home owners take care of properties. Anaheim has its own utilities company for electric, trash, and water. "

"Neighborhood is very friendly. 4th of July they have a block party and bike parade. There are always neighbors on walks and bike rides with their kids. Halloween there are many kids that go trick or treating. This neighborhood is a hidden gem of west Anaheim. Also a huge plus is the Anaheim public utilities is half the price of surrounding city’s that have to use Edison and other utility providers"

"I’ve lived here for 2 years now and am looking forward to moving out. Near Brookhurst Park there’s always police helicopters hovering around. There are a lot of people living out of vans parked on the street. graffiti consistently pops up at night on private garages, sidewalks, etc. I have a female roommate who doesn’t feel safe walking to her car at night."

"Not a lot of outside space or dog parks. Unless you have a home on property with yard space, I don’t think it is ideal to own a dog. "

"I love the culture, could do without graffiti and homeless on every corner. Overall no one bothers one another and nothing horrible has happened to us. We like the food, easy freeway access and coffee spots. "

"It’s pretty easy to get along with your neighbors, everyone is so friendly. Most restaurants or liquor stores are at walking distance. The only thing that sucks is the parking and the amount of graffiti that has been happening recently. There has also been an increase of homeless around the area too. "

"There are quite a few transients walking around the neighborhood. They rummage in trash containers looking for can or any thing of value. I do not see law enforcement officers often which is not necessarily a good thing. When criminals know that there is not a good law enforcement presence they tend to do what ever they want including victimizing people in the neighborhood."

"Not all dog owners in area train there pets well so you need to be careful around people with pets until you know the animals temperament. Generally dog owners do pickup after their dogs while walking and a large park is nearby."
