Description

2 bedroom 2 full bath Double Wide in a 45 and older community.
Fully fenced yard with chainlink fencing. Two driveways, one on each end of the home, 3 sheds (4X8, 5X8 and one that is 8X10), both driveways were recoated less then two weeks ago. 1 driveway covered by metal roofing.
Outside measurements are 48’X24’, there is a full cover over the rear patio, covered parking on North end driveway and covered front porch. AC unit is 5 years old, was serviced this year and works like a charm. Furnace is also 5 years old and we have had no problems with that unit either. Roof is a foam roof with a fresh coating of the elastomeric coating applied two years ago.
Kitchen is 13’6” by 9’, dishwasher stays and is only 2 years old. Double ovens, they are old but have been working fine. Electric stovetop.
Dining Room is 11’ by 9’ with ceiling fan and light.
Living Room is 21’ by 14’. Living room, dining room and hallway have new laminate flooring that is less than 4 months old. Vinyl Vertical blinds in stay with the home. New paint finished as well.
Common Bathroom off of the hallway has bathtub and shower, this is full bath #1.
Master Bedroom is 14’ by 11’6” with full bath attached. This bathroom has full size shower but no tub. This is full bath #2. Walk-in closet 5’7” by 6’.
Bedroom #2 is 12’6” by 12’ and also has a walk-in closet that is 5’7” by 6’.
Bedrooms and closets have carpeting, remaining rooms are either laminate or tile flooring.
Washer Dryer and Refrigerator included
The park has a nice swimming pool that is always clean and functional. We are located walking distance from the biggest Frys that we have ever seen so convienence is not an issue. The park is on a dead end road so although we are directly off of Bell Rd, we do not get the cut through or short cut traffic.

Park requirements state 40 year old or older to live in the park. Lot rent is $425 which incldes sewer, water and garbage pick up.

    "There’s plenty of good parks. There’s plenty of good dog parts too as well. There is still some homeless people that stay around getting off the bus. The HOA is very high over here. They’re always doing construction on the streets that seem like they have nothing wrong with them instead of fixing the streets that do need something fixed traffic is pretty busy over here. Some neighbors mind their business some don’t frequent car accidents, almost quiet area, though love and favor that it’s quiet lots of dogs over here, but people are not as friendly with letting their dogs meet other dogs plenty of food places, but you’ll get tired at the same ones over and over great access to all freeways."
