Close proximity to Kincaid, Cotile, Cleco, and Valentine lakes, all good fishing/recreational lakes. Red river and Indian Creek lake are not to far away. Several nearby RV parks also. Close proximity to convince/plus shopping centers in the Gardner area. It is located within the Oak Hill High school district, which is a K - 12th grade school. School is approximately 15 miles from house in the Hineston/Elmer areas. House is located approximately 15 miles from Alexandria, 40 miles from Leesville off of hwy. 28 west. Trash, pest control, yard maintenance, sewer, and security system included in rent. All normal appilance's included except washer and dryer. Pets are negotiable and with additional deposit. Property has to be seen to be appreciated. It is a friendly area with neighbors walking, biking, riding golf carts, etc. on a daily basis.

Contract is a 30 day automatic renewal contract. It can be considered a per se long term arrangement if tenants/landlords are happy with the arrangement and elect to do so.
