Also, there are lots of parks in Ballwin that are great for kids and adults (kids play areas, lakes, pickleball, tennis, sand volleyball, softball, etc). In addition, Castlewood State Park is only about 5 miles away which is great for hiking, walking, biking, fishing, and general recreation. Very desirable location in sought after Rockwood School district. Westridge Elementary, Crestview Middle, and Marquette High School. $50 nonrefundable application fee per adult...OR, we also accept Zillow applications. No Smoking. Well behaved Pets are OK with a $500 larger security deposit. Tenant is responsible for all utilities. Enjoy a big, beautiful lawn, without having to spend your own time to mow it. FREE lawn mowing (as needed) will be provided by landlord. If dogs are located on the property, pet waste will need to be removed from the lawn prior to maintenance days which will be agreed upon by both parties ahead of time.
