About this House

Charming fully furnished 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment in secure building at great address in historic ditrict of down town Savannah. This building has a secure entrance on the ground floor. Unit 2B is on the second floor. We are two blocks from Broughton so you are near everything, but away from the noise! We are very close to several of the Famous Squares with Green Square being the closest.

The historic building was completed in 1915 but this 580 square foot home is fully renovated, newly furnished and fully equipped. It features fresh paint with the original charm of expossed brick walls and hard wood floors. But it also has modern amenities like cental heat and air and new bath. The large modern kitchen is fully equipped and include stainless steel appliances with dishwasher.
The bedroom has a queen bed. The living area has a sleeper sofa for overflow guests.
There is a washer/ dryer unit in the building. (not in the unit)
No parking space is provided, but it is easy to find street parking and your address allows you to obtain a parking permit.

Utilities/amenities - price varys with the term of the lease.
Small dogs considered with fees.
