Primary Bedroom is an En-suite with private primary bathroom access.
Two nice size guest rooms that have larger tile floors in a neutral color each has a large window for lots of natural lighting. The guest bathroom is in the common hall for both rooms to have easy access to as well as house guests.
Both bathrooms vanities and toilets have been replaced, master shower was refurbished with an easy step-in shower with shampoo shelves built-in, guest bathtub/shower walls have been retiled as well.
Garage is an oversized 1 Car Garage with workbench and built-in shelving, a refrigerator and a washer/dryer area. The driveway has been widened for 2-car-wide parking.
Sliding Windows were added in lanai around the whole perimeter above the knee wall with removable carpet and a window AC unit.
The sliding glass doors that use to be off of the eating area and the window above the kitchen sink have been removed and both door and window jams have been encased with wood, bifold doors separate dining room from the enclosed cooled lanai and a custom pull-up-cloth window treatment is above the kitchen sink for easy pass thru.
The exterior lanai door leads to a 10' x 20' concrete pad for the outside grill and chill area or small pool pad....or whatever works for your needs!
Partial chain-link-fenced backyard area makes a nice play-yard, dog run or a safe pool area.
Gutters are present where needed around the home.
Location within Hernando County to major eateries, shopping and medical is very convenient and only 1.0 mile away as well as a ramp onto the Suncoast Pkwy that is no more than 1.5 miles away for commuting to work or for your away entertainment!
