We are looking for a year occupancy with a month to month lease. This is a non smoking/ no pets rental property. We pay the sewer, irrigation. Renters are responsible for 1/2 electric, 1/2 gas, 1/2 culinary water, internet. There is plenty of parking space in front and a 2 car garage. We mow the grass and maintain the sprinklers, renters are responsible to shovel snow from porch, sidewalks, and driveway. Renters are responsible to keep the yard and home and area clean and tidy.
