    "Everyone in my neighborhood is awesome! We go for walks all the time and people will stop and chat with you if they're out and about in their yard, it's been easy to get to know a lot of our neighbors. A really great community to be a part of."

    "There are families with children in the area. Sometimes there is mischief/ criminal activity that happens in this neighborhood. The city does not plow the alleyway in the winter!"
