The Guest bathroom features a queen-size bed with a bathroom across the hall. Each room features new linens. Den/office room with desk and printer. Kitchen has new stainless steel appliances, a beautiful granite countertop, and includes all of the following to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Formal dining room. "75 inches smart TV "in the main living room. Wireless internet access is provided along with 200 channels of cable TV. Free internet/ Wi-Fi. Outside, you'll find a private 100 sqft. lanai where you can sip your morning coffee or unwind with a glass of wine in the evening.

IN SEASON: ( November 1- April 30) -Minimum 90 days $5,900 per month.** Discounts available for long term rentals.**
 (May - October- Minimum 30 days- $3,200 per month.
All utilities included!

Each stay requires a signed short term lease as per HOA.

A club fee has been included. This covers the ownership transfer fee and one ID badge. Any additional badges needed can be purchased at the club house.

    "The EastGate neighborhood is a hidden gem. There are a number of nice, older homes on good-sized lots, with many being upgraded with every new owner or already renovated. There are also many future opportunities as you look around. It's a perfect location between historic downtown Venice on the Island, and east to I-75 and the new areas being built out there. There's a Publix a block over and Venice Avenue isn't as busy as Route 41. Even with all the growth and new development, this part of Venice remains low-key and very pleasant. The homes here are a good value for the money and worth either buying and renovating, or buying an upgraded one. One of the best areas in the city that is not on the island, and my family has been here since the early 90s."
