    "My husband and I live in South Cove. We work in Tampa and commute everyday. We bike ride and walk in our community. Our community has nice sidewalks and is a very clean area. All animals must be leashed. We are 3 miles from 1-75 and can be in Tampa in less than 30 minutes. I love the community and would highly recommend the location for all types of people. The neighbors are super friendly and offered their assistance when we moved in. The HOA President as well as the Board members are very motivated to keep our community safe and in a well maintained community. I attend the monthly meetings and support our Board."
