"My mother has lived here for 25 yrs and I've lived with her off and on for a lot of that. It's a diverse neighborhood with shopping and restaurants very close by, and the side walks make places accessible- if you feel safe using them."

"This home is located within 5 minutes of everything and if you are used to walking, there are numerous amenities within walking distance. There is even a school with a playground and a grocery store less than a block away! The updates are amazing as well and the backyard is really a selling point."

"This subdivision is incorrectly listed as "Walnut Valley". It is actually the "Rainwood Cove" subdivision. It is made up of patio homes. It is very quite with limited traffic."
