This house is located on several acres, some fenced off for livestock. There are several apartments in the house, but this is the first finished one. "Sequim Sunrise Apartment" is a 1 bedroom with a living-dining room and fully equipped, gorgeous kitchen. It is equipped with a propane stove, refrigerator, microwave and gourmet coffee setup. The nicest view is in the bedroom - stare at the mountains in bed. The space is filled with tasteful decor.
Driveway parking very close to your entrance. Lovely landscaping enhance the experience. The heat pump provides both heat and cooling. There is a free, shared washer and dryer in the building, but not in the unit.
This corner apartment faces the east and south. There are a few steps up to the front door, the unit is on one level with no one above.
Please be aware, the bed is high, 37" above the floor.
A bucolic & private setting but close to Sequim's west side amenities such as Walmart, Costco and a few restaurants. The Olympic Discovery Trail is out the back of the property. The property is shared with horses, cows, chickens and a few other people (in other units) so you may hear sounds of the country.
This is a vacation rental during the spring and summer. Please call about availability. Rental rate changes with the seasons.

We are looking for people with verifiable employment (or retired), combined, gross income of 3x rent or sufficient savings, excellent credit, and landlord or mortgage history.
We require first, last and one month's deposit to move in. $500 deposit represents refundable security and $150 prepaid move out cleaning.
