About this House

North Hanford. Spacious, 2nd floor corner unit with large livingroom and good sized two bedrooms. Carpeted bedrooms with vinyl plank flooring in the living room, kitchen and bathroom.
Each unit comes with central air, refrigerator and range, all electric. One parking per apartment at covered carport. Coin operated washer dryer at the property.
Great location to live in with calm quiet location, 24 hours maintenance on call. The apartment complex is located at the crossing of N. douty and E. cortner Street.
We provide great, safe living still at a reasonable cost. Monthly rent is $1275/month with $1250 security deposit.

We only provide 12 months initial lease and month to month after that. We do not allow any pets in these units, except small fish tank or similar caged animal.
Each tenant gets a fixed covered parking and a small storage unit.

    "Lots of dogs in the neighborhood. Our little frenchie got out and he was returned home safe and sound by a neighbor. People look out for the fur babies here. There are a lot of stray cats in the neighborhood so keep your dog on a leash."

    "Very dog friendly neighborhood. We have two dogs and walk them both on and off leash with no issues. There are plenty of parks and dog parks for dogs to run free around the area. If a dog gets loose people always try get it back to its owner. Ours got out a few times and they always got back home thanks to our dog loving neighbors. "
