Easy to park have your won parking in fact..or ing you prefer always on our street. . Relax in the backyard with our shared backyard garden and grill available. No pets sorry..we have a dog ..we love animals but we need to honor our dog! Short Drive or walk to so many amenities !
Walk a block to New Yoga Now Yoga Studio- best in town or the new Late Air bar. Popular Starland neighborhood-Starland Yard !-Cafe Taureau-and other cure places are walkable .. Habersham Village shopping center 20 min walk or 2 min drive . Close 10 min drive to SCAD Downtown or near the medical facilities for Travel Nurses and Medical Students. Whole Foods/Home Depot or Target shopping. super nearby. . Daffin Park is a short jog away right down the unbelievably beautiful Washington BLVD around the block. Tybee Beach is a 20 minute drive . Better yet stay at home and Join our block we have the most wonderful neighbors ! Home away from home.

High speed Internet and water and trash covered. Slightly higher price for two people .power covered by us as well
But may be variable ..Prefer month to 3 months but totally negotiable if..And even pets could be negotiable but a lot of caveats..call and talk to me if needed..
