The main bedroom also has a closed door full bath which allows you privacy while on the throne. Also included with this main bedroom is a walk-in closet. As you walk back down the hallway you will notice steps leading to a very unique area of the house with two half baths and a closet just outside the bathroom. There is also a 28' x 16' room that has two double doors leading out to the 16' x 8' sunroom. This is one of my favorite areas of the house because of the options of what this area could be. Maybe an extra-large bedroom, an office, or your quite place. The all window sunroom is a great place to enjoy your morning coffee, bird watching or maybe a glimpse of a beautiful Illinois sun set. As you head back downstairs walk back towards the kitchen to find the steps that lead to a partially finished basement with the second half bath. The basement also has tons of storage in the unfinished area along with the laundry area. This home will go fast so schedule your showing now before it's too late.
