    "Nice quiet well established neighborhood"
  • Urnot4saken
"I’ve lived here since 2015. I enjoy having neighbors who are neighborly. It’s convenient to all the different shopping areas of York and I can easily jump on 83 and head north or south!"
  • Lisa
"Park is close to where we live and well maintained. Lots if green space at the park as well as basketball and baseball and soccer "
  • Lexi Creakman
"i think you have to be careful where you live and make sure you pick the best school district!!!!!!!"
  • Greg Bowman
"York Fair, restaurants, breweries, thrift stores, retail shopping, Amish Market, Heritage Rail Trail"
  • Yaniek Greer
"Dog owners would say there are some nice areas in this community to live in and also to walk your dog."
  • Nicholas.rios98
"I’ve lived here for a year everyone pretty much sticks to them selves. The schools a are the best part"
  • Gleister
"It is 15 minutes with red lights to the York Fairgrounds, 5 more minutes and you are in the middle of downtown York"
  • Gleister
"Nothing comes to mine, this small neighborhood doesn’t have many children but the school bus stops right on the corner "
  • Jesenia Husain
"Lots of families and close to many fun places. People are very kind and helpful, and diverse communities."
  • Stephanie Adamchik
"There is a dog park in the city and access to the rail trail can take dog walkers for miles. Some rentals don’t allow pets, unfortunately. "
  • Julian Roldan Jr.
"Easy access to grocery store. Close to main Highways. People keep to themselves in this area. Parking in the street sometimes is challenging since there are not enough parking and too many cars. Police comes around not quite often. Some kids in the area but it’s mostly adults living in this area. And I can’t think of anything else. Too many rooms for rent in the area that could attract not too good people. "
  • Pauleynate
"I don’t like it very much. A lot of jobs are outside of the city and I wouldn’t want them in the city limit necessarily. I don’t like the factories that we do have in the city limits. But just outside the city limits would be nice. And our highways and roads are and have been in terrible conditions for a long time with only the best of neighborhoods getting a level and complete repaving. "
  • Q9ksrf9v6q
"No off leashers and not a lot of people walk their dogs more so let them run around backyard if anything. "
  • Vicente Velasco
"I like living here in Dover because there is a lot of fast food places to go and very close to me and plenty of gas stations as well."
  • Justin Mcdonald
"Nothing the dogs will attack even when the owners are around they are viscous breeds that are running lose "
  • Kwon Glasco
"The people the surrounding the atmosphere. Everything about it just makes it unique in its own way York can either be your greatest nightmare or your blessing"
  • Eliannemmy80
"I have lived here for 16 years and my husband has lived in this area bud whole life except for a few years when younger. We both love the area but quite frankly loathe the WY school district. So much so that it is the reason we are looking for a new home "
  • Kennard Smithwatson
"It has its moments but for the most part I would say this isn’t the best place for people looking to settle down unless you live on the outskirts of town in town maybe not so much it’s nice to visit when they have events and stuff but I wouldn’t say living in town for a LONG/ Extended period of time is best for anyone looking to settle down and relax and just live Theo best life and I’ve been living here for 23yr granted that’s how old I am but me and my husband are definitely moving away!!!"
  • Julian Roldan Jr.
"High traffic areas need to keep young kids away. Street parking can be difficult to get specially on weekends. People don’t pickup after their dogs. Not sure about local schools since my kids are all grown up. But I hear schools are ok in this area"
  • Michelle
"There is a lot of drug dealing amongst other things. Plus no one takes pride in keep the street/side walks clean . You can sweep and in less than 24 hours there is candy papers, soda bottles and cans and broken corona bottles. This is not a friendly neighborhood. People steal from your yard . "
  • Camkellen205
"It is right between York and Hanover. Only 5 mins from Rt 30. It is less than 30 mins to the MD line. "
  • Kearse.troy
"Ummm I wish we would get to together as a neighborhood, I see my neighbors ride back and forth but really don’t know their names. We need to have some sort of block party "
  • Kimberlyknox2016
"More congested as the developments continue to mount. I take back routes but the main route of Hanover road needs serious addressing if development continues at this pace."
  • Anthony Richardson
"Annual block party. Great trick or treating for our kids. Yard sale events. Fireworks from the park are visible from our neighborhood and the park is a walkable distance. All things that make the neighborhood great. "
  • Trulia User
" Easy clean and very effective. Neighborhood are great and school districts as well. Definantly a trust worthy area"
  • Camkellen205
"We honestly don’t have any community events besides trick or treating on Halloween and a community yard sale. "
  • Maria Santiago
"Devers school events make the neighborhood fun. Halloween, Christmas and yard sales make this a friendly place to live "
  • Trulia User
"my neighborhood is close to 83 and multiple growing shopping communities as well as eateries. there are parks and different types of recreation for the entire family. "
  • Trulia User
"Springdale is the idyllic neighborhood to raise a family in York. Bike rides to the rail trail and Central Market, skatepark, roller rink, and baseball stadium very close with great restaurants surrounding the neighborhood. "
  • Trulia User
"Great schools & location for virtually anything you'd want or need to do within a 30 mile radius. All around ideal location for families. "

  • Trulia User
"They would love it. My area currently is very quiet. There isn't any trouble out here just friendly people. Dogs are a type of animal that feed off of energy but here i feel like even a mean dog would be nice"
  • Arian W.
"trick or treat neighborhood potl ucks gardening contests celebrating holidays with lights walking with neighbors cookouts "
  • Mary N.
"there is only two people on the block that own any dogs.one of them is me and I have 6 dogs.the community seems to accept the dogs.no body has any problems with us neighbors having dogs.dogs are allowed in the community. "
  • Rob C.
"No community events in this area. I have lived here for 5 years and everyone keeps to themselves. The neighborhoods are quiet, but residents do not mingle."
