I called to speak with the principal about getting my child enrolled, and I dont know if i caught her at a bad time, she woke up on the wrong side of the bed, or it was her everyday regular foul attitude; but she came off as combative for literally no reason. You would think that being in an education profession, that effective communication, constructive listening, and not talking OVER someone would be a simple concept and learned skill. If our exchange went the way that it did with me asking a SIMPLE question, I couldn't imagine how it would be if a real issue arose during the school year. I think im gonna try my luck at homeschooling next year. Because FWISD as a whole is pure sewer water

"Terrible access to anywhere. Far from everything and heavy traffic wherever you go. Lots of gas and can’t avoid traffic without taking an hour detour "

"We love our neighbors and neighborhood we have been here almost 5 years and have truly enjoyed it. The crime rate is decently low for as close to the highway and downtown are as we are. The schools are not horrible and all the amenities of Sundance are in our back yard"

"I have lived here for 9 years & absolutely love this area of Fort Worth. We can get to downtown or the stockyards within minutes & have easy access to major highways both north/south and east/west but not so close that we hear road noise from them. We have easy walking distance to the Trinity Trails & various parks. We have wonderful neighbors and we love seeing our little street lit up for the holidays & feel it is a reflection of pride of ownership. For the most part, homes are very well cared for. Even the few rentals on the street are well kept & are never available for long if a renter moves out. We plan to live here for many years to come!"
