8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThe School I am interested in receiving information on is Meeker Elementary School in Meeker, Co. I see one review of 2 stars on the school as a whole, 3 on teacher quality and 5 on parent involvement. I have a grandaughter entering 4th grade this yr. Our Son, a single father who shares custody with her mom, every other week if the ONLY one to receive info regarding her class, education, upcoming activities, etc. , after SEVERAL requests for that info from him . This has been the custody agreement for 7 yrs., he is the custodial parent. So, effort being made on behalf of him as he had an accident and had his leg amputated this year, for us...Grandparents, to help keep up with requirements regarding her class . Thank you in advance for any help you are able to give as we have MANY issues with the entire Meeker School District as a whole.Other Review11y ago - Barone Middle School

7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageOver the years my scores have been below average and the teachers didn't even bother to notify any one that I was failing. I figured it out myself once I felt like I wasn't understanding any of the material. This year I am taking my education into my own hands and it was the best thing I could do. I also had an issue with the environment at the high school. Lots of bullying, even some of the teachers up there will pick at students. I would not recommend this school if you're trying to excel in your educationStudent Review12y ago
