    "People are very friendly. A neighborhood you feel safe in. Kid and pet friendly. You can walk to the park. "

    "Very nice neighborhood, a police officer lives nearby so also very safe. I often take my runs around 10 or 11 pm and don't get back until after midnight and I feel completely safe. Nearby jungle gym for kids, but far enough away for retirees. Easy to understand roads in subdivision as well as two very close gas stations. Definitely recommend to ANYONE."
