"I’ve live here for more than 10 years and I love it! We have the best neighbors, except for a few but don’t bother none. Very quiet and peaceful here "
    • Arlene
"Friendly outgoing people who care about the neighborhood. Everyone looks out for each other. People are always walking their dogs and keep an eye out for neighbors. "
    • Arlene
"Block party, friendly neighbors, everyone helps each other out. Everything is walking distance. Hospital is close by. Lots of restaurants, places to shop. "
    • Trulia User
"The things that make my neighborhood unique is the fact that the movies are across the street, there are starting to be more businesses in the area, and that the kids public school is near by. "
    • Trulia User
"This is a great neighborhood for families. There is park close by and schools close by. We haven't had any problems in this neighborhood in years. Neighbors are friendly. "
    • Trulia User
"It’s safe, up and coming, beautiful, quiet! There are lots of parks, public transportation is better than what it used to be. I love the east side! People are more helpful and friendly on the east side and customer service is great!"
    • Trulia User
"There’s a lot of construction at the moment so it’s very congested. The good thing is there’s different routes you can take to get to where you’re going, and it’s very fast during non peak hours."
    • Andrea B.
"There aren't many community events in this neighborhood. There are soccer /football practice in the park"
    • Adriana D.
"It’s nice and quiet , but there is not too much space between the houses . Everyone minds there own business "
    • Lorraine H.
"lots of pet owners but mostly fenced yards. all the homes have rock walls so you dont need to build a fence"
    • P.garcia17
"With all the construction the traffic is horrible . I can’t stress that enough. It almost seems like all of El Paso is moving to the east side "
    • KS
"i see people walking dogs all the time, but a lot of people walk them off leash and don't clean up after them"
    • Kaylavenzor27
"I’m not too familiar with neighborhood events just yet but I do always look out for the El Paso events and even my neighbors share them with us."
    • F.mendoza915
"You have many great families in this area that take care of their neighborhood. Awesome place to live."
    • Mike Schwartz
"Quiet short street, not a major thoroughfare. Friendly neighbors, LEOs live on street and in area. Military and retired military around. Walk to El Dorado HS football rallies. Lots of eateries, shopping and very safe"
    • F.mendoza915
"Awesome neighborhood and very safe and clean to live. Great schools and people living around. Very close to shopping centers and easy access to loop 375. "
    • Haydee
"Buses and stations are first class. Routs not practical. More ppl would use them if they made more sense. "
    • Vicki B. H.
"Yes, my friends had a corgi they used to walk everyday in the neighborhood. It has gotten worse since they have placed around a bouts at Richard Beam and Edgemere and the new one they are building at Edgemere and RC Poe. Non-residence driving through the neighborhood morning and night! Horrid!"
    • April T.
"Cars drive too fast through the neighborhood and kids are walking home from school that is dangerous need police to drive through neighborhoods "
    • Tania L.
"There is a dog park near by! Off pebble hills. If you have a small dog take measures to not let them out of the yard. The gates are very wide and can easily get out and get pick up by animal control. "
    • Martha S.
"my neighborhood is close to stores and hospital, the access to the freeway is good. On the downside there's to many barking dogs, some people don't pick up after them. "
    • Holachuchita
"My neighbors dont fix or clean their front yards nor sidewalks. I really dont like that. I thing we need extra illumination on the streets."
    • Arlene
"High school homecoming parades are nice. Other than that, there is nothing to do around here. Sometimes the high school kids leave trash around the neighborhood. After lunch, they feel that throwing their trash on yards and streets is acceptable."
    • Rubiomarisol
"I have not seen many community events in my neighborhood. I am not involved in many community events. Most of my neighbors move, most of the houses here are rentals."
    • Gr8ful4liam
"This neighborhood is family friendly. Great access to shopping and good school district. You have everything you need in a five mile radius."
    • P g.
"Too much road construction going on so traffic is terrible in the mornings and afternoons . If they can finish construction I think traffic wouldn’t be as bad as it is now ."
    • Babyj8001
"great easy y drive sometimes traffic school safe. working on safe walking distance expensive rent value"
    • Rachel r. r.
"People drive through the neighborhood kinda fast at random and it’s hard to see around some corners, possibly mark areas where kids are playing with a orange cone or sign. There are lots of cats, they aren’t strays and people love them so no need to call animal control. "
    • Brianna G.
"There are many stores and restaurants near by. Nice area close to schools. Not much crime. lived here for 2 years and prefer to stay in the area."
    • Ihatethisplace
"This area looks nice because there are so many new homes and shopping areas, BUT do your research before you buy!! There's a reason why it's so cheap. The prison is right across the street!!!!"
    • Jacquelynfranklin18
"This area is growing a lot. They have everything you need right here. Easy to get around with new roads going to Northeast, and Ft. Bliss."
