Bedroom is unfurnished but the remaining house is fully furnished. Spacious kitchen fully equipped with all cooking utensils, pots and pans, etc. Plentiful common area with couches and a large tv. Arizona room in the back of the house gets plenty of sunlight.

Hard floors throughout the shared ares are easy to clean and look great. There's a beautiful backyard with grass, a vegetable garden and a lemon tree.

3 people currently live at the property in their own private bedrooms. No pets (there is already 1 dog and 1 cat). The landlord/owner lives in close proximity and is friends with the current tenants should you need anything.

Preferably looking for a year long lease but open to 6 month lease. Rent is paid monthly directly to landlord via Zelle or Venmo, tenants split utilities evenly.
