Tenants are responsible for all customary utilities, trash service, and lawn care. Pets are accepted on a case-by-case basis. Seeking a 12-month lease at $1,850 monthly rent with a $1,850 security deposit. All applications must be submitted directly through Penner Property Management; third-party applications are not accepted. Our office is located at 2620 Hub Dr. N, Ste. B, Independence, MO 64055. The application fee is $65 per adult applicant age 18 or older.

    "the biggest issue I see is that there are lots, I mean LOTS of stay dogs around this area. there are also another of busy or main roads so that could be a issue if you don't have a fence or a kennel. other dog owners in this area are also not good about picking up after their dogs. on the bright side there are some walking trails and parks in the area. "
