There are great local business, a range of amenities, and of course you’re centralized to activities in and around Fairfax County. Just a short hop to i66 or any of the other major roadways. "People don’t pick up after their dogs, it might just be at the apt complex we live at. Costco and wegmans are great, both are crazy-busy pretty much always. No trick or treating at Lincoln at Fair Oaks apt complex. Otherwise, great location overall...Safe and friendly. Lots of restaurants, bars, churches to choose from. "

"I grew up in this neighborhood for about 15 years. It was walking distance from cardinal forest shopping center, so there was always something to do nearby. Everyone in the neighborhood was really nice and you’d see them taking nightly walks in good weather."
