About this House

Well kept, possible 3 bedroom ranch with full basement and over-sized 2 car garage. Freshly painted inside with neutral paint! The original 3rd bedroom was converted to a dining room when the family room addition was built. The family room addition could be converted to a master suite, or a 3rd bedroom could be added in the basement. Hardwood floors under living room carpet, in dining room and both bedrooms. The kitchen has good counter and cabinet space. This home has only had 2 owners and has been nicely cared for. The basement is in good condition, has wall anchors on one wall that have been there for some time with no issues. There is a room in the basement that has some drywall that would be easy to finish. The over-sized 2 car garage has a newer garage door. The furnace is approx. 8 yrs young. Central air too! Blown-in insulation added.

The street is about 3 minutes to the community college and close to the highway to Cleveland, about 25 minutes away. We love our neighborhood so much we recently bought a ranch home up the street."
