**Pet friendly. 2 pets max. No aggressive breeds per insurance policy. $50/month pet rent per pet + $300 deposit per pet. We use a third-party pet screening service. All applicants must create a no pet or a pet/animal profile.
Our qualification standard is:
- 2.5x rent as provable household monthly income
- 650 credit score or higher per person
- Move in within 14 days of notice of approval with deposit

Tours can be scheduled daily from 9 AM to 4:30 PM.

Gentrification is on in a big way here with property values climbing quickly. It is a walkable urban, beachside neighborhood. I love downtown Oceanside, but I could get priced out soon, which is sad. Good bye locals, hello real estate investors. "
