The rooms are not furnished. The common areas have been furnished recently with a couch, loveseat, and dining table. The kitchen has pots, pans, utensils, and everything else.
The rental is in Bellemont, 11 minutes from NAU.
This unit was built last year, and everything is in mint condition!
 A large bathroom with a tub is yours. The townhouse has a laundry room with a new washer and dryer. You will have access to common areas of the townhouse including the kitchen with brand new appliances, living room with a gas fireplace, parking space with a covered attached garage, front patio, and community amenities such as pickle-ball court, barbecue, etc. The townhouse is two stories with split air zone controls. It has an A/C and a highly efficient furnace. The townhouse was built according to high-efficiency standards. The total square footage is 1600.
Basic house rules include:
No drugs, no smoking, no loud music/parties, no crime, no pets.
About me: I am hygienic and clean. I expect the same from a roommate. I am respectful, quiet, and tidy. I go to the gym, watch movies, and sometimes enjoy a Saturday night out in downtown Flagstaff.
One year lease contract, and a $1800 refundable security deposit (can do 2 installments). Utilities will be split.
